I mail packages out on Tuesdays and Fridays. All non-custom orders will be shipped out on the next following shipment date. 

DUE TO COVID 19, SHIPPING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED.

* If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me with-in 5 hours of your purchase. 

* Due to the nature of custom orders, I can not issue a return for any custom work, unless they  arrive damaged or defective. 

* If you are unhappy with the product please take the following step to initiate a return. 

1. Contact me with-in 3 days of delivery, including images of product and reasons why you want a return. 
2. Product needs to be in its original protective envelope.
3. Ship back to me within 10 days of delivery. I am not responsible for shipping costs of returns.
